Return Policy

(1) Please print the repair sheet and put it in the box. Please write the order number on the box. If not, we cannot check product details and no refunds.
(2) For safety, please make insulation before returning the battery.
(3) Please do not miss any parts such as charger, key, base, etc.
(4) Please use the original packaging or the suitable box.
(5) Please send us a picture of the battery（containing all parts and packaging）  before shipment.
(6) Please send us the tracking number after sending the goods.
(7) We will give you a refund as soon as we receive your return and check that everything is ok.
(8) If there are missing parts ， or the battery is used or the packaging is not good, we will not refund or partially refund。
